Issues with MKL Empty Issues with MKL

Sun Nov 03, 2019 1:48 pm

Just to share an issue I have encountered when I tried to run the new version of PyFrac. It might be due to my machine having gotten dirtier, or to something else, but nevertheless, I got various embodiments of errors linked with mkl_intel_thread.dll.

The solution is, for each time that Anaconda is being started (I’m working from a prompt) to not only specify the PYTHONPATH, but also to add:

Set CONDA_DLL_SEARCH_MODIFICATION_ENABLE=1

In case I’m not the only one (I’m running on a Windows PC with Windows 10).
